Sewer and storm line inspections with a push camera, so you can see cracks, roots, offsets and sags before you decide what to repair.
Guessing about a buried pipe is expensive. A camera on a flexible cable can travel through a sewer or drain and show exactly what is wrong: a crack, a root ball, an offset joint, a belly full of standing water. It turns an uncertain repair into a clear plan.
We run a push camera through the line from a cleanout, record the video and note the distance to each defect. A locator at the surface marks where the problem sits, so we know how deep and how far to dig. The inspection is useful before buying a house, before a repair and after one to confirm the work.
Roots, cracks, offsets and sags look different and need different repairs. The video lets us choose spot repair, trenchless replacement or a full dig.
A locator transmitter in the camera head shows its position and depth at the surface. We mark the spot so the excavation starts in the right place.
A camera inspection of the sewer lateral is a smart step in a home purchase. Old pipes can be a surprise cost, and the video gives you leverage.
The video is a record of the line condition. Keep it for your files, share it with a buyer or insurer and compare it to a later video after repairs.
