Leaking, broken or corroded water lines found, exposed and repaired or replaced, with as little damage to your yard as possible.
A wet spot in the yard, a sudden jump in the water bill or low pressure at the faucets can all mean the same thing: a leak in the underground line. The pipe has to be found before it can be fixed, and the repair has to be made in a way that will hold after the trench is closed.
We locate the likely leak area, expose the line with careful excavation and decide whether a repair coupling will do or whether a longer section should be replaced. If the pipe is old and brittle, patching one spot often leads to another failure nearby, and we tell you honestly when replacement makes more sense.
We look at the meter, listen along the line and check wet areas before digging. Starting in the right place saves time and keeps the excavation small.
A clean break in sound pipe can be repaired with a coupling. Corroded or brittle pipe usually needs a longer replacement so the next failure does not appear a few feet away.
Repaired lines are flushed and checked. We keep soil and debris out of the pipe, because dirty water in the house is a problem that starts in the trench.
Pressure that is too high, shifting soil and old pipe all cause leaks. A pressure check after repairs and a new line where the old one is brittle help prevent a repeat, and we point out what we see.

Common signs are a wet or sunken spot with no rain, a high bill, a spinning meter with everything off and low pressure.
No. We locate the problem first and open only the section that needs work. Boring can also avoid long trenches.
It depends on the utility. Often the owner is responsible from the meter to the house. Check with your water provider.
We can shut off at the curb stop where allowed. Some shutoffs belong to the utility, and we coordinate with them.
Yes. Pressure above the recommended range stresses pipes and fittings. A plumber can test it and fit a regulator if needed.
